University of North Carolina point guard Quentin Thomas practiced with the Tar Heels today and probably will be available to play Sunday evening at Clemson. The senior point guard has missed the last two games due to a sprained ankle.

Sophomore forward Alex Stepheson will miss his second game in a row as he remains in California with his family due to an illness. Roy Williams says he is hopeful that Stepheson will return to Chapel Hill early next week.
