Q & A: Getting To Know Chelsey Butler

CHAPEL HILL, N.C - Tarheelblue.com began its first installment of getting to know the University of North Carolina softball freshman. Chelsey Butler is an outfielder from Randleman, North Carolina. Butler, an all-county performer her sophomore and junior years of high school, and will add depth and speed in the Tar Heel outfield in 2010. The freshman also ran track in high school, earning MVP honors all four years and a regional finalist in the 100m and 200m dash. It is no surprise Butler suggests she would run track at Carolina, if she could pick a sport other than softball to participate in.
