UNC Welcomes Carson-Newman Tuesday For Exhibition Finale

CHAPEL HILL --- No. 5 North Carolina wraps up its exhibition schedule when the Tar Heels host Division II Carson-Newman Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Dean E. Smith Center. In addition to UNC's final action before Friday's regular-season opener against the College of Charleston, Tuesday's contest will pit UNC head coach Sylvia Hatchell against her alma mater. Hatchell earned her B.S. in physical education from Carson-Newman, where she played basketball and volleyball.
Entry to the game is free to all spectators and seating will be general admission.
