TEAM CAMPS
June 15: 12 and under
June 16: 14 and under

$500 per team
Team camp is open to only 4 teams per day, so sign up early to reserve your spot! Your team will be trained in a 2 1/2 hour session by the Carolina Coaching Staff and current players. All aspects of the game will be covered including hitting, fielding, base running, and team situations. Each player will receive video analysis and awritten evaluation of their hitting skills. After the team training sessions, umpired competitive games are held between the teams.
PITCHING & CATCHING CAMP
July 12 & 13
$225 - Commuter Camp Only
Pitchers will learn the specifics of throwing pitches by UNC Pitching Coach, Beverly Smith and a staff of experienced pitching coaches. Master drills to take home that will help develop or improve your rise, drop, curve and screwball. Come learn a new change-up to add to your pitching repertoire! We highly suggest pitchers have a strong base and understanding of pitching mechanics prior to attending. Catchers will also be taught by an experienced catching staff. Advanced techniques for blocking, throwing, framing, calling pitches and much more will be covered. Leave this camp with the confidence to lead your team from behind the plate.
ADVANCED CAMP
July 13--16
$450 (or $410 for commuters)
If you are a player who desires a higher level of instruction, then this is the camp for you. Players will be divided into competitive teams for all sessions. Each session focuses on team strategies but also includes individual skill work beyond the basics. Campers will be offered a strength training session as well as an informative session with a college academic adviser.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - ACADEMICS - JUGS RADAR - VIDEO ANALYSIS
This camp is for girls in grades 9-12 who have played at least one season on a High School Varsity team or will be playing on the Varsity team next year. This 4-day camp (8 sessions total) is geared toward girls in grades 9-12. The fee includes tuition, housing, full dining, professional medical attention, and a Nike Softball Camp t-shirt. Check-in will be held Tuesday, July 13 from 2-4 pm in Parker Dorm. Camp ends at 12:30 on Friday July 17th.
Camp Special: Come for the Week July 12-16
$625 (or $560 for commuters)
Campers will attend the position specific Pitching and Catching camp, and then participate in our competitive Advanced camp. This is a great week of softball. Come elevate your game and compete against other talented players. This is an overnight camp! Pitchers and catchers will check into the dormitory on Monday July 12th from 1-2pm and remain in the dorm through the two camp sessions. Camp ends at 12:30 Friday July 16th.
TAR HEEL DAY CAMP
July 19-22
$380 9:00-5:00
Coach Donna Papa, the Tar Heel players and a staff of experienced college and high school coaches will instruct participants of every skill level. All fundamentals of the game will be taught including hitting, bunting, pitching, catching, infield and outfield play, base running, and game competition. Demonstrations, drills, and practice sessions are all included in the sessions as well as games that will be held. This camp is a 4-day camp (8 sessions) geared toward all skill levels and all positions for ages 10-18. Campers are divided by age and skill levels to provide the appropriate learning environment. The fee includes tuition, daily lunch, professional medical attention, and a Nike Softball camp t-shirt. Check-in Monday, July 19th from 8-8:45am at UNC's Anderson Stadium. Camp ends at 5pm each day.
LIL HEELS
July 20 -22, 9-noon
$130 - Commuter Camp Only
This day camp is designed for 5-9 year-olds and will cover basic softball skills such as throwing, fielding, hitting and base running. Lil' Heels is a great building block for your young softball player to learn the fundamentals and gain knowledge of the game. This camp is in its 8th year and is a 3 session 3-day day-camp. The fee includes tuition, professional medical attention, and a Nike Softball Camp t-shirt. Check-in will occur from 8-8:45 am on Tuesday, July 20 at the UNC's Anderson Stadium. Camp will end at NOON on July 22nd.
PITCHING - FASTBALL MECHANICS CAMP
July 23, 10 am -1 pm
$60 - Commuter Camp Only | View BrochureThis 1-day camp is geared toward girls ages 8-14 years old. This session will review the fundamentals and mechanics of pitching, introduce drills to increase speed, and present troubleshooting techniques. Learn how to effectively hit inside and outside targets and the correct body position. Emphasis will be placed on leg drive and the lower half of the body.
Few Notes: The clinic will be open to 8-14 year old girls
