Tar Heels Sign Seven Women's Soccer Recruits

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The two-time defending NCAA champion University of North Carolina women's soccer team has signed seven student-athletes to letters of intent for the incoming Class of 2014. These prospects will join the Tar Heel program in August, bringing an infusion of new talent to a program which has won three of the past four NCAA titles as well as five straight ACC Tournament titles.
Head coach Anson Dorrance announced the class of seven incoming freshmen who signed their national letters of intent with Carolina over the past few weeks. UNC is also expected to add to the class at a later date with a transfer student. The high school signees are Elizabeth Burchenal of Terrance Park, Ohio; Crystal Dunn of Rockville Centre, N.Y.; Olivia MBala of Toronto, Ontario; Kelly McFarlane of Mill Valley, Calif.; Meagan Morris of Montclair, N.J.; Kealia Ohai of Draper, Utah; and Anna Seiloff of Troy, Mich.

Played for Alta High School varsity soccer team from 2006-2009 Named All State in 2006-08 Awarded 5A MVP 2007-09 Selected as National High School Player of the Year by NSCAA in 2010 Named Ms. Soccer in Utah 2008-09 Two-time Gatorade Player of the Year recipient in 2007-08 Honored as All America 2007-09 Four-time high School State Champions 2006-09 Selected to Club All America Team in 2010.
Anna Sieloff, GK, 5-7, Troy, Mich. (Detroit Country Day)
Four-year varsity team member for Detroit Country Day Named Team Captain senior year Led team to be two state semifinals Named All-District, All-Region and All-State for all four years as a midfielder Named Michigan Scholar Athlete of the Year Finalist in 2010 Six-time State Champion with Vardar Michigan club team Six-time Most Valuable Goalkeeper Selected to ODP state team for seven years Six-year ODP Regional Team Member Chosen as ODP National Team member for five Years, U14 through U18 Played Soccer in Spain for the U18 Ten Nations Tournament Named NSCAA Youth All America in 2008 Placed fourth at nationals in 2008.
