Former centers Jeff Saturday and Jason Brown helped lead their offenses to explosive days in key victories. Meanwhile, Dallas' Gerald Sensabaugh collected seven solo tackles and New England's Brandon Tate racked up 189 all-purpose yards. Star defensive end Julius Peppers and the Bears take on the Packers on Monday Night Football in a battle for the NFC North division lead.
Kentwan Balmer, Seattle - Third-year defensive tackle saw action for the Seahawks in their 27-20 upset victory San Diego.
Connor Barth, Tampa Bay - Former first-team All-ACC kicker made field goals from 40 and 24 yards but the Buccaneers were defeated 38-13 by Pittsburgh.
Jason Brown, St. Louis - Sixth-year center helped pave the way for 133 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns as the Rams recorded their first win with a 30-16 defeat of Washington.
Alge Crumpler, New England - Veteran tight end played key part in the Patriots' 38-30 win, blocking for an offense that rushed for 200 yards.
Madison Hedgecock, N.Y. Giants -. Fullback had one catch for seven yards sparked a rushing attack that averaged 5.4 yards per carry in the Giants' 29-10 home loss to Tennessee.
Jordan Hemby, Indianapolis - Cornerback is on injured reserved for the season with a torn ACL.
Jesse Holley, Dallas - Wide receiver is listed on the Cowboys' practice squad for the second consecutive year.
Vonnie Holliday, Washington - Former first-team All-ACC selection saw action on the defensive line in the Redskins' loss at St. Louis.
Kyle Jolly, Pittsburgh - Rookie offensive tackle is listed on the Steelers' practice squad.
Hakeem Nicks, N.Y. Giants - 2009 first-round draft pick registered a career-high seven catches for 56 yards, but the Giants struggled in a loss to the Titans.
Julius Peppers, Chicago - Five-time Pro Bowler and the Bears will take on Green Bay tonight in a battle of 2-0 teams.
Richard Quinn, Denver - Second-year tight end was inactive in the Broncos' home loss to Indianapolis.
Jeff Reed, Pittsburgh - Ninth-year kicker connected on five extra points and a 24-yard field goal attempt as the Steelers remained undefeated with a 38-13 win at Tampa Bay.
Garrett Reynolds, Atlanta - Second-year offensive tackle was inactive in the Falcons' win over the defending Super Bowl champion Saints.
Jeff Saturday, Indianapolis - Four-time Pro Bowl center anchored an offensive line that allowed Peyton Manning to throw 43 times and rack up 325 passing yards without being sacked.
Gerald Sensabaugh, Dallas - Sixth-year strong safety made seven solo tackles as the Cowboys shut down an explosive Houston offense and grabbed their first win by a 27-13 score.
Ryan Sims, Tampa Bay - Veteran defensive tackle made one solo tackle in Tampa Bay's home loss to Pittsburgh.
Brandon Tate, New England - Second-year wide receiver showed his versatility in the Patriots' win over Buffalo, catching two passes for 43 yards, carrying once for five yards, and averaging 23.5 yards on six kickoff returns.
Hilee Taylor, Carolina - Defensive end is listed on injured reserve and out for the year with a right knee injury.
Cam Thomas, San Diego - Rookie defensive tackle was inactive in San Diego's loss at Seattle.
David Thornton, Tennessee - Ninth-year linebacker begins the season on the Titans' physically unable to perform list due to offseason hip and shoulder surgeries.
Greg Warren, Pittsburgh - Veteran long-snapper played key part in Steelers' successful field goal attempt and five extra points as Pittsburgh moved to 3-0 with a blowout win at Tampa Bay.
E.J. Wilson, Seattle- Rookie defensive end was inactive in Seattle's loss home win against the Chargers.
Wallace Wright, Carolina - Wide receiver and special teams ace has been placed on injured reserve by the Panthers for an injured shoulder.
