The University of North Carolina will play host to Wake Forest to celebrate Homecoming on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011. It is the first time the Tar Heels have faced Wake Forest at Kenan Stadium since 2006.

Other special dates for next football season include: Rams Club Day & Youth Day on Sept. 3 vs. James Madison; North Carolina High School Athletic Association (NCHSAA) Day on Sept. 10 vs. Rutgers; Football Lettermen and Varsity Monogram Day on Sept. 17 vs. Virginia; and Family Day on Oct. 15 vs. Miami.
