In games started by Kendall Marshall, Carolina has an average margin of victory of 17.0 points per game.

Carolina has won three ACC games in a row by 20 points or more. The Tar Heels had zero 20+ point ACC wins last season, and the last time they won three straight league games by that margin was Feb. 22-March 1, 2006.

Kendall Marshall's 16 assists against Florida State are more assists than the Tar Heels had as a team in eight of the first nine games this season.

Carolina hasn't won a game at Cameron Indoor Stadium when ranked 20th or higher since March 4, 1990 (the unranked Heels beat fifth-ranked Duke, 87-75).

With 65 blocks this season, John Henson's sophomore campaign already ranks tied for seventh on the all-time UNC single-season list. The single-season record-holder is Brendan Haywood's 120 rejections in the 2000-01 season.
