Carolina advances to its 26th NCAA Tournament regional final and its sixth in nine seasons under head coach Roy Williams.

Carolina is 50-9 as a No. 1 seed in NCAA Tournament play.

UNC has won 19 of its last 21 games in NCAA Tournament regional play.

Carolina has won 11 consecutive Sweet 16 games and is 25-6 in Sweet 16 contests.

The Tar Heels are 108-40 in NCAA Tournament play, the most wins in Tournament history.

Roy Williams is now 61-19 as a head coach in NCAA Tournament games, including 27-5 at UNC.

Sophomore point guard Kendall Marshall did not play due to his broken right wrist. Freshman Stilman White made his first career start in Marshall's place, played a career-high 32 minutes (previous high was 11 minutes) and finished with a career-high six assists (previous high was three vs. Mississippi Valley State) and zero turnovers.

White had six assists in his previous 16 games combined prior to Friday's game.

Eight Tar Heels played in the game. Seven of them committed at least two turnovers. The only one not to do so was White.

Tyler Zeller finished with 20 points, 22 rebounds and a season-high four blocked shots. The 22 rebounds were a career high for Zeller and the most ever by a Tar Heel in an NCAA Tournament game. Zeller also had a career-high six turnovers. It was Zeller's 12th 20-point game of the season and his 14th double-double in 2011-12.

Bullock's 17 points were his top scoring output since he had 23 against Tennessee State on Nov. 22. His five three-pointers were his most since he had six in that same game against Tennessee State. Bullock is 10 for 21 from three-point territory in UNC's three NCAA Tournament games this season. It was Bullock's second career double-double (the other was vs. Nicholls on Dec. 19). His 10 three-point attempts are a career high and the most by any Tar Heel in a game this season.

Henson posted his 18th double-double this season and 37th in his career.

UNC committed a season-high 24 turnovers (had 22 at Florida State on Jan. 14). It's the most turnovers by UNC in an NCAA Tournament game since committing 26 against Loyola Marymount in 1988.

Carolina out-rebounded Ohio, 63-30. The +33 rebound margin is the largest in UNC's NCAA Tournament history. The Previous high was +26 (48-22) against Mount St. Mary's in 2008.

The 63 rebounds are the second-most by UNC in NCAA Tournament play and the most since UNC had 64 against Princeton in 1967.

The game was the first in UNC NCAA Tournament history when three players had double-doubles, led by Zeller's 20 points and 22 rebounds, Reggie Bullock's 17 points and 10 rebounds and John Henson's 14 and 10.

Ohio's 13 steals were a season high by a UNC opponent this season.

Walter Offutt's six three-pointers equal the fourth-most by an opponent against UNC in NCAA Tournament play.

Ohio's 12 three-pointer field goals equal the fourth-most against UNC in an NCAA Tournament game.

Ohio's 26 points off UNC turnovers were the most by a Carolina opponent this season (previous was 21 by Florida State on Jan. 14). Carolina's last three opponents (Florida State, Vermont and Creighton) had combined to score 26 points off turnovers.
