The Tar Heels continue their fall schedule this weekend as they travel to the Forsyth Country Day School in Lewsiville, N.C. on October 5 to take on the UNC-Greensboro Spartans at 2 and 4 p.m. in a Sunday doubleheader.

Coach Donna Papa's squad looks forward to maintain their successful fall campaign after taking three of four games in doubleheaders against Elon and South Carolina. Two of those wins came via walk-off hits in extra-innings from Erin Satterfield and Lauren Walker. Walker's game-winner against South Carolina was a pinch-hit solo shot over the centerfield wall.

The Spartans are coming off a 31-26 season and a trip to the Southern Conference championship game in 2014. The blue and gold have already faced Charlotte, Elon, Campbell, and UNC Wilmington so far this fall.

Following Sunday's doubleheader, the team returns to Chapel Hill to close out their fall slate on Wednesday, October 8, against North Carolina Central at 6 p.m. at Anderson Stadium.
