CHAPEL HILL - The Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook has named UNC junior guard Marcus Paige as its 2014-15 Atlantic Coast Conference preseason Player of the Year, the publication announced on Monday.

Earlier in the offseason, Blue Ribbon named Paige a preseason first-team All-America. On Monday, it announced the Marion, Iowa, native is also on its preseason All-ACC team, joined by forward Montrezl Harrell of Louisville, guards Olivier Hanlan of Boston College and Malcolm Brogdon of Virginia and center Jahlil Okafor of Duke.

Blue Ribbon predicted Carolina would finish first in the ACC regular season, followed by Duke, Virginia, Louisville, Syracuse, Pitt, Notre Dame, Florida State, NC State, Miami, Wake Forest, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Boston College and Virginia Tech.
