UNC Hosts "White Out" Sunday With Oregon

CHAPEL HILL - North Carolina gets right back to work on Sunday by hosting Oregon at 12:30 p.m. inside Carmichael Arena. The game will be broadcast live on GoHeelsTV.
Fans are encouraged to participate in the "White Out" by wearing your favorite white Carolina gear. 400 "White" jersey t-shirts will be given away to UNC students.
Sunday is the back end of a home-and-home series signed between the two programs. Last year Carolina visited Oregon and came away with a 76-59 win on Sunday, Nov. 23 in Eugene, Ore.
Jamie Cherry scored a career-high 25 points on Friday in the season opener against Gardner-Webb. Hillary Summers also registered a career-high 13 points, while freshmen guards Destinee Walker and Stephanie Watts had 11 and 10 points, respectively, in their collegiate debuts.
