Tar Heel Poll Notes
• North Carolina is ranked No. 15 in this week's Associated Press top 25 poll, falling three spots after two weeks at No. 12. The Tar Heels also are No. 16 in this week's ESPN/USA Today coaches poll, falling a spot from last week.
• Carolina is ranked in the AP poll for the 19th week in a row, including all 15 polls in 2014-15. UNC was ranked in the final four polls of last season.
•The Tar Heels began the 2014-15 season ranked sixth in the preseason. UNC started the season in the top 10 for the ninth time in 12 seasons under head coach Roy Williams.
Looking Back…
• Ranked 12th last week, Carolina lost its only game of the week when it dropped an 89-76 decision at Pitt on Saturday Feb. 14.
Coming Up...
• The Tar Heels will wrap up a three-game road swing at Duke on Wednesday night before playing their first home game in three weeks on Saturday Feb. 21 against Georgia Tech. Next week, Carolina will host North Carolina State and visit Miami.
ACC Teams in the Poll
• There are five Atlantic Coast Conference teams ranked in this week's AP Top 25 poll, including No. 2 Virginia, No. 4 Duke, No. 10 Notre Dame, No. 12 Louisville and No. 15 Carolina.

• Carolina has been ranked in 835 AP polls, more than any school in the nation.
• The Tar Heels have been ranked in the AP Top 10 626 times, most in ACC history and second-most all-time behind Kentucky.
• The Tar Heels have achieved a Top 10 ranking in the AP poll in 52 of the poll's 66 seasons, including 46 of the last 49. Carolina has finished in the AP Top 10 34 times, including 23 of the last 34.
