Hoops For The Holidays

CHAPEL HILL --- After an overwhelming response to the expanded Seats for Service Campaign, the University of North Carolina has announced Hoops for the Holidays, an effort to allow Tar Heel fans a chance to provide tickets to those in our cities, towns, and communities who otherwise would not have the opportunity to attend a Tar Heels basketball game.
The Hoops for the Holidays initiative is a way to show Carolina pride while also providing an opportunity to attend a UNC basketball game and witness firsthand the passion of what it means to be a Tar Heel.
“Carolina fans responded in an amazing way to our Seats for Service campaign,” says Senior Associate Athletic Director Rick Steinbacher, "we are thrilled to offer similar opportunities for Carolina fans to sponsor experiences for deserving members of our local community so they can enjoy the tradition and excitement of a Carolina basketball game.”
For $10, you can sponsor special Tar Heel fans and their family members from local communities in our state to attend a home game at the Dean Smith Center.
There are three ways for individuals or companies to take part in the Hoops for the Holidays campaign: purchase tickets HERE, call the Carolina Athletics Ticket Office at (919) 962 – 2296 or visit the Carolina Ticket Office (located at the Ernie Williamson Athletic Center) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.
