CHAPEL HILL—Fans will have the opportunity to watch a Tar Heel home game from the risers behind the basket in the Dean Smith Center in the Student for a Day promotion for the contest against Northern Iowa on December 21.

With the game against the Panthers scheduled for the heart of holiday break when most UNC students will be away from campus, the UNC Athletic Ticket Office will sell 200 tickets in the risers for $55 each. The ticket price includes one spot in the risers behind the basket, a commemorative t-shirt and a UNC One Card to be used for admission.

Fans using the tickets must be at least 12 years old and willing to stand and cheer throughout the duration of the game. Seating in the risers will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and views could be obscured for shorter fans in the rear of the risers. No food or drinks are allowed in the risers. Fans in the risers are to use Entrance C to the Smith Center.
