CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Following the cancellation of its home gymnastics meet last Friday, North Carolina has added a meet at Towson on Sunday, Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. Last Friday night's meet was cancelled due to an emergency water shortage in the Chapel Hill.

Because of the cancellation, Carolina requested, and was granted, a competition schedule change by the NCAA gymnastics committee.

Carolina will now compete Friday, Feb. 10, at NC State as previously scheduled, and then travel to Towson for the additional meet on Sunday, giving the Tar Heels two road meets in three days. The meet at Towson also included West Virginia and Temple.

Carolina's next home meet is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 17, vs. New Hampshire.
