Four Corners: Senior Night

CHAPEL HILL—The 2016-17 regular season comes to a close this weekend in college basketball, and a Carolina tradition will continue on Saturday night when the Tar Heels host Duke at 8:20 p.m. UNC will honor seniors Nate Britt, Kanler Coker, Isaiah Hicks, Kennedy Meeks and Stilman White on the court with their families prior to the game.
The Tar Heels have clinched at least a tie for the ACC regular season championship and need a win over the Blue Devils to clinch their 21st outright regular season title.

1. NEWS & NOTES
♦ Carolina claimed the top seed in the 2017 ACC Tournament with eight days remaining in the regular season last Saturday.

♦ As discussed above, the Tar Heels will host Duke on Senior Night on Saturday night in the Smith Center in the regular season finale for both teams.
♦ Carolina has clinched the top seed in the 2017 ACC Tournament in Brooklyn and has a bye to Thursday's quarterfinal round. The Tar Heels will open play at noon on the Thursday March 9 against the winner of the contest between the No. 8 and No. 9 seeds.
