July 19, 2017 | Men's Basketball
CHAPEL HILL—The second session of summer school is winding down at UNC, with final exams slated for next week.
NCAA rules allow teams to practice on a limited basis during the summer, and the Tar Heels have held one practice a week for each of the last three weeks, including Tuesday afternoon. Â The final practice of the summer is scheduled for next week, a few days before Tar Heel players travel home for a few weeks of rest. Fall semester classes start in late August.
Here's some of the newest Carolina Basketball news, in the latest Four Corners.
1. NEWS & NOTES
• Rising junior Kenny Williams underwent knee surgery on July 7 and is expected to be ready for preseason practice in October.
• The Carolina Basketball Museum is closed through September 4 for renovations.
• Senior Aaron Rohlman earned a spot on the 2016-17 NABC Honors Court for his efforts in the classroom.
