CHAPEL HILL - North Carolina continues its three-game home stretch on Wednesday against UNCW at 3:30 p.m as part of a doubleheader that will wrap up with the UNC men hosting UNCW at the Smith Center at 9 p.m.

North Carolina leads 2-0. This is the second year in a row that the Tar Heels and Seahawks have faced each other. Last year, Jamie Cherry led five double-digit scorers with 21 points in an 86-60 Tar Heel win on Nov. 22, 2017.
LAST TIME OUT
Blanca Millan scored 21 points and Maine knocked down 16 three-pointers to top North Carolina, 85-73, on Sunday from Carmichael Arena. Janelle Bailey led North Carolina with 21 points and 10 rebounds to register her fourth double-double of the season and 17th in her career. Stephanie Watts had 16 points behind a 4-of-10 performance from distance, while Paris Kea added 10.

• Janelle Bailey leads all ACC sophomores with 17 career double-doubles, the third most among all active players in the league.
• Redshirt Junior Stephanie Watts also has 16 career double-doubles.
• Watts' seven three-pointers vs. Kentucky is tied for the third most in a single game at UNC. She holds the school and ACC record of 10 made against Charleston Southern (11/22/16).
• Carolina ranks third nationally with 144 made free throws this season, only five behind co-leaders Notre Dame and Western Kentucky.
• All five UNC starters shoot at least 75.0 percent from the free throw line.
• UNC is third in the ACC shooting 77.0 percent from the free throw line. The Tar Heels set a program record last season converting at 74.3%.
• Coach Hatchell is two wins shy of setting the record for most wins at an ACC school (Currently held by Debbie Ryan, Virginia, 739).
• First year UNC assistant coach Bett Shelby attended UNCW from 2002-04 and appeared in 11 games for the Seahawks before transferring to Greensboro College, where she graduated in 2006.
