Tar Heels Set For Saturday Racing In Raleigh

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The North Carolina rowing team will wrap up the regular season on Saturday close to home, hosting Georgetown in Raleigh. The morning of competition on Lake Wheeler is UNC's only local race of the spring.
Racing begins at 8:50 a.m. and will last until approximately 10:30. Spectators should use the following address for GPS:

The schedule kicks off with the second varsity fours. UNC will race A, B and C boats while the Hoyas field one.
At 9:10, the varsity fours will face off. At 9:30 it's the second varsity eights and at 9:50, the varsity eights.
At 10:10, UNC will field A, B and C boats in the third varsity eight race, with Duke as the fourth entrant.
