Coaches Clinic Coming Oct. 28

CHAPEL HILL - Registration is now open for the University of North Carolina Women's Basketball "Beyond Amazing" Coaches Clinic on Sunday, Oct. 28 at Carmichael Arena. Pre-registration is $40 online or $50 at the door.
Basketball coaches from all levels can come learn from the most veteran basketball coaching staff in the country. Featured coaches include Naismith Hall of Fame head coach Sylvia Hatchell and her entire Tar Heel staff, including Associate Head Coach Andrew Calder, assistants Sylvia Crawley and Bett Shelby, former Campbell head men's coach and current special assistant Billy Lee, Sammy Hatchell, Carolina's strength and conditioning coach, Jason Beaulieu, and Dave Hanners, the former NBA assistant coach that also spent 11 seasons as an assistant coach at UNC for Dean Smith and Bill Guthridge.
The action packed clinic is scheduled to run from 1-4:45 p.m., with registration and lunch sponsored by Fellowship of Christian Athletes beginning at 12:15 p.m.
At the conclusion of the clinic, the North Carolina women's basketball team will take the floor for a practice at 5 p.m.
