Blue Wins Sunday's Scrimmage

Chapel Hill, NC -- Ike Freeman's two-run home run in the fifth inning keyed Blue's 3-2 win over Navy in a seven-inning scrimmage on Sunday afternoon at Boshamer Stadium. Blue had seven hits to four for Navy. Blue committed two errors while Navy had one error.
No players had multiple base hits. In addition to Freeman's home run, Tom Caufield and Clemente Inclan had doubles.
Josh Dotson And Kyle Blendinger started, with Casey Maniglia and Davis Palermo throwing in relief.
The Tar Heels will play host to Walters State on Saturday at 1:45 p.m. Admission is free and open to the public.
