Kea Named On ACC All-Tournament Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. - North Carolina senior guard Paris Kea was named to the Atlantic Coast Conference All-Tournament second team after averaging 24.0 points in two games last week in the Greensboro Coliseum.
Kea, a native of Greensboro, scored 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting in the quarterfinals against top seed and No. 4 Notre Dame on Friday afternoon. She also had 19 points and five rebounds in the second-round victory over Georgia Tech on Thursday.
Kea averaged 23.2 points in six career games spanning three ACC Tournaments. She was even better inside the Greensboro Coliseum where she put up a scintillating 25.3 ppg and made 3.5 three-pointers per game.
North Carolina (18-14) now awaits word on a possible at-large bid for the NCAA Tournament. The 64-team field will be announced next Monday at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN.
