• North Carolina and High Point have faced off 26 times in a series that dates back to 1972.
• UNC won the first ever meeting on March 21, 1972 in a 3-2 win in the first ever game at Boshamer Stadium. UNC has won the last 7 meetings. High Point last won in 2009.
