The Tar Heel men's and women's cross country teams race NC State and host Wake Forest Friday in Kernersville, N.C., to wrap up the fall 2020 regular season schedule. At the Ivey Redmon Sports Complex, the women will race at 4:30 and the men at 5:15.

The meet is the third of the fall for the Tar Heels, who opened at the Virginia Invite and then made a short trip to Cary for the Wolfpack Invite. Freshmen led the way for UNC in both races, with Sasha Neglia as the top women's finisher and Will Coogan leading the Carolina men.

After Friday's racing, the Tar Heels look ahead to the ACC Championship, set for Oct. 30 back at the WakeMed course in Cary.
