Carter Seeded 10th At French Open Doubles Draw

PARIS - Former North Carolina women's tennis standout Hayley Carter is seeded 10th in the main doubles draw at the French Open. Playing with Luisa Stefani at Roland-Garros in Paris, the tandem are making their third Grand Slam appearance in 2020 after competing at both the Australian Open and US Open.
Carter and Stefani will take on Aleksandra Krunic and Lidziya Marozava in the Round of 64 that is scheduled for Wednesday.
Carter and Stefani enter the French Open ranked a career-best 31st and 32nd in the world, respectively. Since their quarterfinal appearance at the US Open just three weeks ago, the duo have continued their outstanding play by reaching the semis in Rome, Italy, and are coming off a finals appearance last weekend in Strasbourg, France.
