How To Receive Your Fan Cutout

Thank you to all Tar Heel fans who purchased a fan cutout for the 2020-21 basketball season. Your purchase helped provide financial support for Carolina's 28 varsity programs and more than 800 student athletes. Now that the home basketball seasons have ended, UNC Athletics wanted to make fans aware of options for receiving their cutout(s).
Please note: If you ordered a cutout to be signed by a member our coaching staffs or former players, they are not yet ready for pickup or delivery. A follow-up email will be sent once they are available. For those of you who bought cutouts without signatures, please see the options below:
Pickup
On-campus pickup of your cutouts will begin on Monday, March 22nd at the UNC Athletics Ticket Office, located at 450 Skipper Bowles Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27514. Parking is available across the street from the Smith Center. The ticket window will be open Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Please plan on picking up your cutout by April 1st.
Delivery
If on-campus pickup is not convenient, you also have the option to have your cutout(s) delivered to you via FedEx. If you prefer this option, call FedEx at 919-967-0790 or email timothy.mangum@fedex.com. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for delivery.
