Â
Bailey, a center from Charlotte, N.C., is just the fifth player in program history to score 1,700 career points and grab 1,000 rebounds. A four-year starter for the Tar Heels, she led the team this season in scoring(13.6 ppg) and rebounding (8.2 rpg) and reached double figures in 22 of 24 games.
Â
She registered double-doubles in three of her last four games as a Tar Heel (and came a rebound away in the fourth) to finish her UNC career with 44 double-doubles.
Â
Among active DI players, she ranks fourth in career double-doubles (44), sixth in rebounds (1,010) and 18th in points (1,724), and is the highest-ranked Atlantic Coast Conference player in each of those categories.
Â
As a senior, she was a Top 10 finalist for Lisa Leslie Award as nation's top center for the third year in a row and earned All-ACC honorable mention.
