• North Carolina enters Tuesday with a 13-0 goal differential in its first three regular-season contests of the spring after beating Delaware 5-0, Tennessee 7-0, and Villanova 1-0.
• Tuesday's match will be an exhibition match for Columbus State, who is a Division II member of the Peach Belt Conference.
• A goal in the 47th minutes off of the foot of Brianna Pinto pushed UNC past Villanova 1-0.
• Carolina allowed just one shot against the Wildcats. In the 2021 spring slate, North Carolina has outshot opponents 63-13 after allowing three shots against Delaware and nine versus Tennessee. This season, UNC holds a 247-89 shot advantage.
• The Tar Heels seven goals were the most since scoring seven at Syracuse in a 7-1 win on October 7, 2018.

• Pinto was awarded the ACC Offensive Player of the Week honors after her performance against Tennessee.Â

• North Carolina had three players drafted in the 2021 NWSL draft. Racing Louisville selected Emily Fox with the first overall pick and Taylor Otto with the 11th selection, while Sky Blue FC drafted Brianna Pinto third overall.
