"I'm so enormously proud of Destiny, Teonni, Kayla, and Morasha for being selected to the Jordan Brand All American game," UNC coach Courtney Banghart said. "This is entirely a merit-based opportunity, which only 30 players nation-wide have earned. All four of these special people have had brilliant high school and club careers and we are grateful to have them represent both North Carolina and the Jordan Brand! The entire Tar Heel family is eager to have Des, Teonni, Kayla, and Mo in Carolina blue very soon."
Adams is a 6-3 wing from Whiting, N.J. (Manchester Township HS).
Â
Key is a 6-3 wing from Cary, N.C. (Cary HS).
Â
McPherson is a 5-7 point guard from Danielsville, Ga. (Madison County HS).
Â
Wiggins is a 6-0 guard from Kalamazoo, Mich. (Kalamazoo HS).
Â
The Jordan Brand Classic game is now in its 20th year. For the second year in a row, no in-person event will take place. For more information on the event, click here.
Â
