No. 10 MLAX Hosts Brown In Midweek Tilt

CHAPEL HILL -Â The tenth-ranked North Carolina men's lacrosse team (2-1) is back in action at Dorrance Field on Wednesday, Feb. 23, when the Tar Heels host Brown (1-0). The game will face off at 1 p.m., and broadcast live on the ACC Network.

A big third quarter from Buckeyes put the Tar Heels in a hole as they dropped their first game of the season, 20-8, to Ohio State Saturday afternoon. Â

It is the first time since Apr. 8, 2006, that the Tar Heels have given up 20 goals. In that game, UNC lost 21-13 against Virginia. It is also the largest margin of defeat since Mar. 29, 1997, when the Tar Heels fell to Virginia 20-5.
