No. 13 Men's Soccer Upends Elon, 2-0

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The 13th-ranked North Carolina's men's soccer team (5-0-4, 1-0-3 ACC) secured their second-straight shutout, leading to a 2-0 victory over Elon in Tuesday night's non-conference matchup.
How It Happened
• In the 66th minute, Ernest Bawa was tripped in the box, leading to a penalty kick opportunity for the Tar Heels.
• Quenzi Huerman put Carolina on the board, finding the bottom right corner on the PK, his seventh goal of the campaign.
• Ahmad Al-Qaq scored the final Tar Heel goal with 37 seconds left, with the assists credited to Jameson Charles and Martin Vician.
• Goalkeeper Andrew Cordes made saves in the 24th-, 59th-, and 76th-minute for Carolina.
