CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina men's lacrosse attackman Logan McGovern was named to the USILA Team of the Week, it was announced Tuesday afternoon.

The Darien, Conn. product garnered national honors after his eight-point effort against No. 18 Syracuse on Saturday, scoring four goals and dishing out four assists to help the Tar Heels to a 19-13 victory.

The eight-point effort tied McGovern's career best, as he is one of two Tar Heels to score in all four contests thus far in 2023.

Logan and the Tar Heels return home to Dorrance Field this Saturday, welcoming Denver for an 11 AM matchup.
