Tar Heels Set For Challenging ACC WBB Schedule

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The final pieces of the 2023-24 UNC women's basketball schedule puzzle were revealed on Tuesday evening as the Atlantic Coast Conference announced this year's league schedule live on the ACC Network.
The Tar Heels will usher out 2023 and welcome 2024 with a pair of home games to open conference play, hosting Clemson at Carmichael Arena on New Year's Eve Day and Syracuse on Jan. 4. Carolina also welcomes Virginia (Jan. 14), Louisville (Jan. 21), Miami (Jan. 25), Virginia Tech (Feb. 4), Pittsburgh (Feb. 15), NC State (Feb. 22) and Duke (March 3) to Carmichael.
Carolina makes ACC road trips this season to Duke, NC State, Virginia and Virginia Tech for home-and-homes and also will travel to Notre Dame, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest and Boston College.
The 2024 ACC Women's Basketball Tournament is set for March 6-10 at the Greensboro Coliseum.
UNC opens the 2023-24 season at home on Nov. 8 against Gardner-Webb. During nonconference play, the Tar Heels will take on at least five teams that played in the 2023 NCAA Tournament including hosting South Carolina on Nov. 30 as part of the ACC/SEC Challenge
