Tar Heels Heading To Princeton For Farnsworth Invitational

Members of the University of North Carolina men's tennis team will head north this weekend to compete in the Farnsworth Invitational, hosted by Princeton University at the Lenz Tennis Center.
The event is expected to include singles and doubles competitors from Carolina, Princeton, Texas A&M, Washington and Rice. The Tar Heels are slated to begin play at 2 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. on Sunday, with doubles to start each day followed by singles action.
Following this weekend in New Jersey, the Tar Heels will return home to host ITA Sectionals in Chapel Hill at the Chewning Tennis Center from November 7-10. The event will serve as a final opportunity to qualify for the NCAA Singles & Doubles Championship, to be held November 19-24 in Waco, Texas.
