FORT WORTH, Texas – University of North Carolina women's soccer (13-6-1, 6-4 ACC) is set to face second seeded TCU (17-2-2, 9-1-1 Big 12) in the third round of the NCAA Tournament Monday afternoon. The Tar Heels and Horned Frogs will kick off at Garvey-Rosenthal Soccer Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN+.

The Matchup

The Tar Heels and Horned Frogs are set for just their second meeting all-time, and the first in 25 seasons.
Carolina last met TCU in 2000 where the Tar Heels topped the Horned Frogs 6-0.
TCU heads into the NCAA Tournament as a no. 2 seed.
The programs are set to clash for the first time in Fort Worth, Texas. Carolina is 1-0 against TCU at a neutral site.
Across previous matchups, UNC has outscored TCU 6-0.
