Thomas & Ullmark Earn All-America Honors

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – United Soccer Coaches announced the 2025 Division I Women's Soccer All-America honorees Friday afternoon. Olivia Thomas and Linda Ullmark from the University of North Carolina are featured on this year's All-America Teams. Thomas was tabbed Third Team while Ullmark was named Fourth Team All-America. This season marks the first time in Thomas and Ullmark's career that they've earned All-America honors.
Thomas had an impressive junior campaign where she led the Tar Heels offensively and was one of the leading goal-scorers in the ACC. The Gross Pointe, Mich. native compiled a team-leading 13 goals, 33 points, and 94 shots with 36 on goal. Thomas sat in the top five for goals scored and shots taken in the ACC this season. The junior's total goals and points rank in the top 25 nationally.
As Thomas continued to be an offensive powerhouse, the forward was tabbed First Team All-ACC, Second Team All-Atlantic Region, Top Drawer Soccer Midseason Top 100 (No. 5), ACC Co-Offensive Player of the Week (Oct. 7), and made it on the 2025 Midseason Hermann Trophy Watchlist.
Ullmark played a key role in Carolina's offense and defense this season. The midfielder contributed seven goals, eight assists, and helped lead the team to seven shutouts. Ullmark's eight assists led the team and ranked among the top 15 in the ACC.
The Buffalo, N.Y. native was also named Second Team All-Atlantic Region, Third Team All-ACC, Top Drawer Soccer Midseason Top 100 (No. 33), Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week (Sept. 9), and CSC Academic All-District.
Since the honor began in 1980, Carolina has had at least one All-America selection each season.
