Success In The Classroom Honored At Annual Academic Awards Luncheon

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- As the 2024-25 academic year draws to a close, Carolina Athletics gathered for its annual Academic Awards Luncheon from the George Hill Alumni Center on Tuesday afternoon.
Each year, UNC honors the five male and five female graduating senior student-athletes with the highest cumulative grade point averages. As a group, these student-athletes boast an overall GPA of 3.86.

Softball • Majoring in Peace, War and Defense with a minor in Conflict Management & Cognitive Science

Staff of the Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes also took time to recognize all achievements of the year including, all Tar Heel Scholar-Athletes, 4.0 club, ACC Scholar-Athletes of the Year, Academic All-District, Academic All-America, the Bubba Cunningham's Athletic Director's Scholar-Athletes, All-ACC Academic Teams, ACC Weaver-James-Corrigan Postgraduate Scholarships, Phi Beta Kappa and the ACC Excellence Award.
