CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – North Carolina women's basketball fans will get their first chance to catch the 2026-27 Tar Heels in action on Oct. 18 against Davidson in an exhibition from Carmichael Arena.

The Tar Heels square off against the Wildcats in their lone home exhibition matchup, a tune-up before Carolina embarks on its 14-game non-conference schedule. North Carolina last faced Davidson in the regular season in 2023, in a 74-70 win from Carmichael Arena. All-time, the Tar Heels own a 5-0 advantage in the series.

North Carolina hops the pond to begin the 2026-27 campaign, traveling to Paris, France, for the 2026 Oui Play against Oklahoma on Nov. 2.
