General: Co-captain of the 2006 Tar Heel lacrosse team...three-year letterman...played his first three seasons at Carolina as a top-notch long-stick defensive midfielder...is likely to move into the Carolina starting trio on close defense this year...expected to be a top candidate to earn postseason honors...possesses tremendous leadership skills...as tenacious and enthusiastic as any player the Tar Heels have.
2005 Season: Played in all 13 games for the Tar Heels...started 11 games as a wing player on the opening faceoff of the match...continued in his role as one of Carolina's top two defensive middies...tied for second on the team with 37 ground balls...had a career high seven ground balls against Cornell and again against UMBC...scored one goal...earned membership on the ACC Academic Honor Roll...made the UNC Dean's List in the spring semester of 2005...grabbed four ground balls in Denver game.

Prep: Graduated from St. Pauls School in Brooklandville, Md. on June 8, 2002...played lacrosse four years, including three years on the varsity...excelled as a defenseman...won the Dabney N.
