2004 Season: Built on the success from his freshman campaign by finishing his second season as Carolina's third-leading scorer with 34 points...was second on the team in assists with 16 while also scoring 18 goals...a starter in four games, including the last three games of the campaign as well as the match at Air Force...keyed the UNC win against the Falcons with three goals and an assist...in Carolina's regular-season win over Ohio State he had two goals and two assists...matched that exact scoring effort against the Buckeyes in the NCAA Tournament first-round game...had three-point games versus UMass (1g, 2a), Denver (2g, 1a), Virginia (2g, 1a) and UMBC (1g, 2a)...named to ACC Academic Honor Roll for 2003-04 school year.
2003 Season: Played in all 13 games as a freshman and was a starter in six games...earned his first starting assignment against Denver and remained in the starting lineup through the UMBC game...finished the year with 20 points...tied for the team lead in assists with 13...spaced out his seven goals with one each in seven different games...had his season best game against No. 2-ranked Maryland as he had a goal and four assists for what was then a career-high five points...had one goal and two assists against both Bucknell and Notre Dame...had one goal and one assist against both Duke and UMBC.
