Prep: Nine-time Iowa High School State Champion (3x 400m, 3x 800m, 2x 200m, Sprint Medley) • Was the first runner in state history to win the 200m, 400m and 800m in consecutive seasons • Holds personal-best marks in the 55m (7.43), 100m (12.45), 200m (25.28), 400m (55.53) and 800m (2:11.21) • As a senior, won the Clayton Ridge Eagle Invitational 400-meter dash in 57.67 • Also won the West Central Blue Devil Relays 800m in 2:18.22 during the 2015 outdoor season.
