TarHeelBlue caught up with some of your favorite Tar Heel football players as they returned from their summer breaks on Tuesday afternoon and asked them how their summers had been.
Here's what they had to say on subjects ranging from their favorite summer movie, to their best vacation to who they think will win the popular CBS show "Survivor":

Most interesting thing I did this summer: I got a dog, a yellow lab named Cody
Best movie I saw this summer: Boiler Room
Best vacation this summer: I went to Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, N.C.
Who will win Survivor?: I've only watched it a couple of times.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: winning

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: was take a sports media class in Chapel Hill. I learned how to approach an interview, how to answer all kinds of questions.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Love & Basketball
Best vacation I took this summer: I didn't take one. I went home on the weekends to Rockingham, N.C.
Who will win Survivor?: Huh? I don't watch TV unless it's a football game or a video game.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: improving

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: I went to Virginia Beach.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps
Best vacation I took this summer: I went home to Spartanburg, S.C.
Who will win Survivor?: Richard, the guy who walks around with no clothes on.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: winning

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: work in the Performance Service Department.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Shaft
Best vacation I took this summer: I went to Topsail Beach with Dauntae' Finger
Who will win Survivor?: Gervase is off the show now, so it doesn't matter. But if Coach Case was on the show, he would win. That Navy Seal (Rudy) doesn't have anything on him.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: proving to be the nation's best 1-2 tight end combination with Dauntae' Finger.

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: I went deep sea fishing off the coast of North Carolina. I didn't catch a thing and I almost got sick.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Gladiator
Best vacation I took this summer: I went to Kings Dominion in Virginia. The best ride was "Volcano."
Who will win Survivor?: That Navy Seal guy (Rudy).
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: ditto what Alge said.

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: worked out all summer and went to Emerald Point water park.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps
Best vacation I took this summer: I didn't really take one. I just went home now and then to Clinton, N.C.
Who will win Survivor?: I have no idea.
The one thing I'm looking forward to in 2000 is: improving.

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: we're here to work in the summer and that's all I did.

In 2000, I'm looking forward to: finishing summer training and two-a-day workouts.

Most Interesting thing I did this summer: I went on a cruise right after school and was out for seven days in the Caribean. We went to St. Thomas, St. John and Puerto Rico among other places.
Most Memorable moment of the cruise: was para-sailing. I was up a lot higher than I expected. I was ready to get down.
Best Movie I saw this summer: Me, Myself and Irene
Best vacation I took this summer: Besides the cruise, I went to Bryson City, N.C., in the mountains and went white water rafting. I was the guide on our boat.
In 2000, I'm looking forward to: victories
Who will win Survivor? I don't watch it.
