A unique and innovative way to spend quality time with family. The Tar Heel "Family" Golf School gives Parents and Granparents an opportunity to share the love of golf with "their" golfers of tomorrow. Coaches John Inman and Sally Austin of UNC Chapel Hill have joined together to give families a 2 or 3 day golf camp experience that focuses on improving individual golf skills while sharing and enjoying the sport for a life time.
* John Inman, UNC's Men's Golf Coach, returned to his alma mater in 1998. He brings many experiences to the mix having won the NCAA's as an individual, the Fred Haskin's Award for college player of the year and two PGA TOUR tournaments.
* Sally Austin, UNC's Women's Golf Coach, combines over 23 years of teaching experience with first hand LPGA tour experience. Coach Austin was a member of UNC's first varsity golf team and holds an LPGA Class A Teaching Certification.
* World reknown sports psychologist Dr. Richard Coop works with some of the top players in professional golf and will share some of his successful stratgies for becoming a better player.
* Friends and colleages from the PGA and Champions Tours will stop in to give clinics and share some of their wisdom about the game of golf.
* Daily Instructors will be comprised of PGA "class A" professionals and College golf coaches. Coach Inman and Coach Austin
* All golf will be at the Tom Fazio Designed Finley Golf Course.
* The Tar Heel "Family" Golf School is based out of the Chapman Center Men's and Women's Golf Team Facility.
* Each camper will receive a state of the art video of his or her golf swing with analysis by an instructor.
Tuition includes:
* Lodging at Hampton Inn & Suites
* All Meals and some Snacks
* Green Fees and access to UNC Practice Facilities
* All Golf Instruction
* Transportion to and from Raleigh/Durham airport and between Housing and Golf Course

The Tar Heel "Family" Golf School is a privately run sports camp under the sole supervision and ownership of 4 Iron Corp. It is not affiliated with nor operated by the University of North Carolina.
