Tight End Richard Quinn Injures Shoulder

Chapel Hill, N.C. ----- University of North Carolina tight end Richard Quinn fractured his right shoulder blade in practice on Tuesday and is expected to be sidelined eight to 12 weeks.
Quinn, a sophomore from Maple Heights, Ohio, injured the shoulder in a blocking drill. Quinn was listed second on the Tar Heels' depth chart heading into this weekend's game against Rutgers. Junior Rock Wells will take his position on the depth chart.
Quinn played in nine games last year as a true freshman.
