NBA Update: Week 11

Update on former Tar Heels in the NBA:
Vince Carter, New Jersey Nets- Started all four games for the Nets as they went 3-1 on the week. He capped his week off with 31 points and 6 rebounds in a win over the Pacers, 105-95. Earlier in the week, he scored 32 in a 101-86 win over the Raptors. At the Bulls, he notched his fourth double-double of the season with 18 points and 10 rebounds. The Nets remained tied for first in Atlantic Division with the Raptors.
Raymond Felton, Charlotte Bobcats- Started all four games for the Bobcats who held a three-game win streak going into Monday night's matchup with the Bucks. In two wins on the road against the Pistons and Knicks, Felton had 18 and 16 points. Against the Knicks, he dished out 14 assists. The three-game win streak was the Bobcats' longest of the season, but came to an end as they fell to the Bucks, 99-91 Monday night.
Brendan Haywood, Washington Wizards- Started all four games for the Wizards who went 2-2 on the week. His week was highlighted by his performance Monday night as he scored 10 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in a buzzer-beater win for the Wizards over the Jazz. With the win, the Wizards are now tied with the Magic for first place in the Southeast Division with a record of 22-16.
Antawn Jamison, Washington Wizards- Started all four games for the Wizards. He was in double figures for the first three games of week and had his best night in a 113-103 win over the Bulls with 18 points and 9 boards. He also hit four three-pointers that night and has 75 on the year, the 11th most in the NBA.
Sean May, Charlotte Bobcats- Played in all four games for the Bobcats. He played at least 24 minutes in each of the first three games and grabbed at least 8 rebounds in each as well. He recorded his sixth double-double of the season Saturday night in a 89-83 win over the 76ers with 13 points and 10 rebounds.
Rashad McCants, Minnesota Timberwolves- Recovering from microfracture surgery on his right knee and may return to action in late January.
Jeff McInnis, Charlotte Bobcats- Played in all four games for the Bobcats who acquired McInnis just last week. He had 7 points and 2 assists in 13 minutes of action in a win over the Bulls. In the win at the Knicks, he had 4 points and 2 assists in 12 minutes.
David Noel, Milwaukee Bucks- Played in all three games for the Bucks. He played at least 11 minutes in all three contests and had 5 points and 4 rebounds in a win over his former teammates, Felton and May, when the Bucks visited Charlotte and left town with a 99-91 victory.
Jerry Stackhouse, Dallas Mavericks- Played in all four games for the Mavericks. He was solid off the bench as the Mavericks won a key road game at Utah as he had 11 points in 17 minutes of action. The Mavericks went 4-0 on the week and at 31-8, they have the best mark in the NBA.
Rasheed Wallace, Detroit Pistons- Started all five games for the Pistons and notched double-digit rebounds in the final two games of the week. In a 81-73 win over the Celtics, Wallace had 10 points and 11 rebounds. He finished the week with 10 rebounds in an overtime loss to the Timberwolves. The Pistons finished the week 2-3 and are 21-15 on the season.
Marvin Williams, Atlanta Hawks- Started all four games for the Hawks and reached double-figures in scoring in only one contest when he notched 12 points and 9 rebounds in a win over the Pistons. The Hawks went 2-2 on the week and are 12-23 on the season.
Shammond Williams, Los Angeles Lakers- Did not see any action for the Lakers on the week.
