Watch Tar Heel Tip-Off Live On Friday

The 2008 basketball season officially gets underway with a very special production on TarHeelBlue.com this Friday.
For the second straight year, Tar Heel Tip-Off will preview the upcoming Carolina basketball season. The 90-minute show, which begins at 2 p.m. and airs free right here on TarHeelBlue.com, will be broadcast live from outside Entry A of the Smith Center, where thousands of diehards will be lining up for the right to gain early entry to Late Night with Roy Williams.
Tar Heel Tip-Off is a Gameday-style show, with one important difference--all the features are about the Tar Heels. This year's show includes a segment on offseason strength and conditioning, a glimpse inside a Carolina practice, a look back at the first five years of the Roy Williams era, and much more. Plus, hosts Jones Angell and Adam Lucas will be joined live on set by a host of special guests, including Tyler Hansbrough, Danny Green, Ty Lawson, Williams, and more.

Or just log on to TarHeelBlue.com on Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. You'll find the show on the main page or the men's basketball page in the video player on the right-hand side. If you're already planning to be in line at 2 p.m., don't worry--the show will be archived for later viewing. Of course, just like the live broadcast, the archived version will be available free.
