CHAPEL HILL - Season ticket renewals and new season ticket orders for North Carolina's 2008-2009 home women's basketball games are currently on sale.
Carolina Athletics is pleased to offer fans, for a limited time, the opportunity to renew or buy new women's basketball season tickets at last year's season ticket price. This discounted price applies to Rams Club members, past season ticket holders and new season ticket purchasers.
The deadline to receive the promotional price is Aug. 1, 2008. After that date, the 2008-2009 season ticket prices will be implemented.
The 2008-09 schedule will be released later this summer and will feature home dates against Connecticut and Duke. All home games this season will be played at the Dean E. Smith Center while Carmichael Auditorium undergoes a multi-million dollar renovation.
Season tickets can be ordered by logging on to TarHeelBlue.com and clicking "Ticket Center" or by calling the UNC Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-722-4335.
