The Carolina women's basketball visited with patients, friends and families, signed autographs and handed out some UNC memorabilia at the Sounds of Celebration UNC Cochlear Implant Picnic April 24 at the Kenan-Flagler Business School on campus. The UNC Adult and Pediatric Cochlear Implant Temas hosted the event in support of the UNC Ear and Hearing Center, a regional center that provides specialized diagnostic and surgical care to adult and pediatric patients with diseases of the ear, skull base, head and neck.
