Morgan Evans to Compete For National Championship

Morgan Evans will compete in the NCAA Gymnastics Finals this weekend in Duluth, Ga. The Championship is hosted by Georgia Tech and the Gwinnett Center. She will compete as an individual in the All-Around competition.
Evans qualified with her score of 39.275 at the NCAA Semifinal in Raleigh, which was good enough for fifth place on the day.
The senior feels prepared going into the weekend. "I feel excited and I'm pretty healthy, so that's good," she said. "I feel like I'll do well if I stay calm and focused." The competition will begin Friday at noon.
Evans will compete in Semifinal I, and will rotate as an individual.
